TRACKING / SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the US, once the order has been made.
If your package arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to get in contact with our customer service department support@betomaya.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. We ask you to provide detailed images of the product(s) in question along with the packing/invoice slip.
We are not responsible for any repairs after the product has been worn by the user.
Double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation, as we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any stolen packages marked as delivered (if a signature is required please specify that in the order notes).
Domestic orders over $350 will be shipped with signature required.
