I received a damaged product/package, what are my next steps?

Don't hesitate to get in contact with our customer service department sales@betomaya.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. We ask you to provide detailed images of the product(s) in question along with the packing/invoice slip. 

Can I exchange my item?

For any exchanges please contact us at sales@betomaya.com within the 7-day return window. 

How do I update incorrect information on my order?

Please look over all of the filled information before placing your order. Any corrections will need to be made within 24 hours, be sure to contact us at sales@betomaya.com

 Do we ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping for orders outside the U.S., but they will be non-refundable. You are responsible for your countries customs duties + taxes.

 How do I find out about new releases or any restock on an item?

Do you do any gift receipts or gift cards?

At the moment we do not offer this service but it will be something we will work on in the future.

How fast can I expect a response from customer service?

We are really working very hard to accomadate everyone's needs as soon as possible. Please allow us 2-5 days to start on your order's needs.
