Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on full-price merchandise. If your return exceeds the 7 days given to issue your refund your return will be reviewed for a potential store credit only. Returns are only accepted for orders within the US, all sales are final for purchases outside of the US.

To receive a full refund, the item must be in sellable condition, with tags, in its original packaging, and unworn outside. All MAYA attachments must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out if missing from purchased merchandise, this will NOT be eligible to be returned.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@betomaya.com Please include your order number and full name used when making the purchase. You must contact us before shipping your order back to us. 

REFUNDS

After your return has been accepted and shipped, there will be two confirmation emails sent to you. The first email will notify you when it has been delivered back to our Los Angeles Factory and the second email once your return payment has been processed. Expect returns to be completed within 5 business days of arriving at our factory. Please be aware that it may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. 

 

A RESTOCKING FEE WILL COMPLY FOR ALL ORDERS BEING RETURNED OVER THE AMOUNT OF $350(before any applicable discounts) YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. RESTOCKING FEES ARE DEDUCTED FROM THE CUSTOMER’S REFUND ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE WHEN AN ITEM(s) HAS BEEN RETURNED.
